Program name and operator: Reserve Investment Group, Inc. SMS Program. If you separately and voluntarily opt in, we may send text messages about scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to your inquiries, event registrations, requested educational resources, and customer support. SMS is not used to accept securities orders, investment-trading instructions, account credentials, or wire instructions.
SMS enrollment requires your express opt-in through an available enrollment method. Providing a phone number, sending a general website inquiry, or accepting general website terms does not by itself enroll you. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a program message. You may receive one confirmation message; after that, no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us through our contact page.
Reserve Investment Group, Incorporated does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
The exception for aggregators and providers is limited to information necessary to operate and deliver the requested text messaging service. Such providers are not authorized to use mobile numbers, opt-in data or consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Text messaging is not a secure method for transmitting confidential financial information. Do not text passwords, Social Security numbers, account numbers, account credentials, securities-trading instructions, or payment and wire-transfer details. Contact us using a verified channel if you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from our business.
